We are licensed with several carriers; Medical Mutual, Anthem, Aetna and United Healthcare to name a few. Our approach is to find the most competitive plan for your company with a responsible carrier who handles your claims promptly and accurately. We can handle groups from two to two thousand employees. We can also help with companies interested in partial self-funding options.
1) Annual evaluation of your group insurance plan for competitiveness and cost effectiveness:
To maintain our neutrality, this service is only available to companies in which Prosperity Benefit Systems, Inc. is not the agent of record for their group insurances. Cost is:
$250 for groups between 1-20 employees
$500 for groups between 21-99 employees
$1,000 for groups between 100-250 employees
$1,500 for groups between 250-500 employees
Above 500 employees, quotes will be handled on a case by case basis. Ask us for details.
2) Annual employee benefit reviews:
This involves meeting with each employee to go over your company benefits to assist them in understanding them and making any changes for the coming year. Areas that will be covered are HSA’s, FSA’s, employment status, and optional benefits. This will take the load off of your HR department and help gain appreciation from your employees for the significant dollars you spend on your benefits package. This will not involve up selling additional benefits or pushing additional benefits, just simply explaining what is available and making adjustments for changes that the employee is interested in. The cost is $35 per employee for up to a 45 minute session on dates and times that are convenient to your company needs. Ask us for details.
3) Employee benefit competitiveness review:
Worried about whether your company is providing more benefits than necessary to compete in today’s economy? Wondering whether you should change how much your employees are contributing to your group insurance? Wondering what a lot of other companies do to lower their employee turnover with their benefit plans. This review will help you tap into how many employers handle this important questions. The cost for a Employee benefit competitiveness review is $400 for up to 6 hours of our staff time to analyze your situation and make recommendations.
